Required Skills
8+ years Texas public sector experience supporting state agencies.
8+ years supporting HR module in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2.
8+ years knowledge of State of Texas policy.
8+ years knowledge of federal labor laws.
8+ years preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials.
8+ years interpreting contractual language and enforcing vendor accountability.
8+ years knowledge of data integration, data quality, SDLC methodologies.
4+ years functional project management for CAPPS program.
3+ years knowledge of ITIL principles (ITSM, ITAM).
3+ years CAPPS Central production/expansion functional support for 100+ agencies and 5 Hub instances.
Preferred Skills
4+ years CPA experience supporting FMLA module in CAPPS.
4+ years CPA experience with Fiscal Year-End processes for reorganizations/legislative mandates.
4+ years CPA experience loading mass salary actions.
4+ years CPA experience in customer-facing CAPPS expansion support.
4+ years CPA experience gathering requirements/writing functional specs for benefit enrollment programs using web services.
4+ years CPA experience performing SQL actions to keep CAPPS and SPRS systems in sync.
