About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the Life Insurance industry to join our team. If you're passionate about improving business processes, supporting production systems, and enhancing applications, we want to hear from you. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, support ongoing application enhancements, and help drive continuous improvement across life insurance operations.
What You’ll Do:
+ Analyze and interpret business requirements for Life Insurance application enhancements and production support.
+ Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and deliver practical, tech-driven solutions.
+ Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure business needs are accurately translated into system changes.
+ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application issues.
+ Create documentation, perform impact analysis, and support testing and release cycles.
What You Bring: (Required):
+ 2–5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
+ Strong understanding of life insurance products, business workflows, and operations.
+ Proven ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective, scalable solutions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred:
+ Experience with CAPSIL systems is a strong plus.
+ Exposure to modernization projects (e.g., migration to Guidewire, LifeSys, or other digital platforms).
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
+ Basic knowledge of SQL, DB2, or experience working with external system integrations.
+ Understanding of testing tools and release management processes.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related field.
