Job Summary
We are seeking a Team Member to join the team at our thriving restaurant. Captain D’s hires employees with the potential for career advancement in mind. Whether you have years of experience as a cashier, server, cook, and prep cook, or no experience at all, we have an opportunity for you to develop a career in the restaurant industry. Your goal is to quickly build rapport with patrons and make them feel welcome. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. 

As a Team Member, you are the face of the company and are responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy their experience at Captain D’s.
