Wine and spirits knowledge is a must for this role, and a passion for sharing that knowledge with both guests and team members is what sets the right candidate apart.

Responsibilities

Invest in the growth and development of those around you through mentorship, hands-on coaching, and a genuine commitment to building a strong, knowledgeable team. You will anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, high-touch fine dining experiences, execute tableside preparations with precision and showmanship, and uphold fine dining standards including coursed service, etiquette, and seamless team coordination. You will stay composed under pressure and guide team performance in real time.

Qualifications

 We are looking for someone with a strong leadership presence and a natural ability to mentor, develop, and inspire a team, a genuine guest-first mentality, and clear, confident communication skills. A commitment to upholding Aqua by El Gaucho standards and vision is essential.
