Standard Job Description

You will be a Capture Management representative for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for developing, manufacturing, and supporting advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned, and unmanned systems for military customers, including the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, and dozens of foreign allies.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Capture Management Staff representative, you will lead a capture and serve as a deputy Capture Manager on strategic capture efforts, developing, evolving, and executing winning capture strategies that meet customer needs and values.

Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Interacting directly with customers to understand program specifics and gain insights into acquisition details
• Presenting possible alternatives to increase the probability of program success
• Identifying all resource needs and gaining necessary funding to execute the capture effort
• Delivering a winning proposal that showcases Lockheed Martin MFC''s capabilities and value proposition

Basic Qualifications

• Experienced professional with at least 5 years of professional level experience along with a minimum of 2 years of Business Development / Capture Management experience securing new or recompete contracts, or task order business.
• Has accountability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation''s best interests.
• Must be a U.S citizen and be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.has context menu

Desired Skills

• Management experience.
• Bachelor''s Degree.
• Experience working federal government (or equivalent experience) proposal/capture efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, direct and impact the business, balance challenges associated with program development, program execution, customer obligations, and meeting all business commitments.
• Active Secret clearance

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$118000.00 - $219100.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$104900.00 - $194700.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): :$94400.00 - $175200.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.
