FAB-TEX is a Heavy Duty Truck Dealer seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic who is interested in transitioning into Diesel Truck Mechanics. Solid opportunity if you're already skilled as a mechanic and are looking to expand into the diesel side of things.
Job Title:
Automotive Mechanic (with training for Diesel Truck Mechanics)
Pay:
Starting at $32/hour
Overtime available AT TIME AND ½ (potential for higher earnings)
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on heavy-duty trucks.
Must have your own tools required for the job.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS experience as an Automotive Car Mechanic is required.
Current, valid driver’s license is mandatory.
Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Good vision and hearing are necessary to perform tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
Large facility, likely with overhead cranes for heavy lifting and movement of parts or vehicles.
