Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Follow up with customers before and after the sale
Learn and maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and financing options
Utilize CRM tools and follow dealership sales processes
Meet individual and team sales goals
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
