About the Role:
Kelley Car Wash in Chandler, AZ is looking for an energetic and dependable Car Wash Attendant to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where your hard work and positive attitude make a real difference every day.



Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive
• Perform interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and drying vehicles
• Apply cleaning products, spot treatments, and tire shine as needed
• Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the facility

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona heat
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout an entire shift
• Valid driver's license and basic driving ability preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
