These positions are responsible for helping lead daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and supporting team members throughout the day.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can stay organized, motivate employees, solve problems quickly, and create a positive experience for both customers and staff.ResponsibilitiesSupervise employees during daily shiftsEnsure excellent customer service at all timesHelp train and coach team membersMonitor wash quality and make sure vehicles are cleaned properlyHandle customer concerns and resolve issues professionallyOpen and close the business when neededKeep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean and organizedMonitor chemical levels, supplies, and inventoryEnsure employees are following company procedures and safety guidelinesAssist with scheduling and shift coverage when neededHelp drive sales of memberships and wash upgradesCommunicate with management about any issues or concernsQualificationsPrevious leadership or supervisor experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, dependable, and punctualAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable leading a team and holding employees accountableAbility to stand for long periods and work outdoors in different weather conditionsFlexible schedule, including weekendsCar wash or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
