• As a Car Wash Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized car wash lot, ensuring smooth operations
• Your role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the overall efficiency of the operation
• Inspect customer vehicles to ensure the highest wash quality and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively identifying and addressing potential slip or trip hazards to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain and sun
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to safely lift 40lbs
