Ultimate Express Car Wash in Coram, NY is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Car Wash Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the car wash
• Educate customers on available wash packages, memberships, and promotional offers
• Drive membership sales and upsell premium services to meet daily and monthly goals
• Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Guide vehicles safely through the car wash entry and staging area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area
• Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing, enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented work ethic
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout an entire shift
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
