Car Wash Service Advisor - Grafton

FSCW is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to fill the position of Car Wash Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of car wash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer their questions and advise them on the appropriate car wash service packages based on their needs.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service throughout their car wash experience.
• Communicate with the car wash staff to ensure that the service is performed to the highest standards and that customers' expectations are met or exceeded.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage customer transactions and handle credit card payments.
• Monitor the car wash equipment and notify the maintenance team of any malfunctioning equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facilities.
• Keep accurate records of customer transactions, car wash equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions, but will be mainly in a climate controlled sales booth. 

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate of $15/hr
