Car wash Site Manager

We're looking for an experienced tunnel car wash manager to run the show at Evergreen Carwash.

This isn't a shift lead role. You'd be running the entire site — team, equipment, chemicals, membership sales, and P&L. The owner handles strategy remotely. You run the operation.

What we're looking for:

✅ 2+ years managing a tunnel/express car wash

✅ Hands-on with equipment (conveyors, arches, dryers, chemical systems)

✅ Experience leading a team of 4-8 people

✅ Someone who drives membership growth, not just maintains it

✅ A problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to fix
