Trade Management is hiring experienced Carbon Steel Pipe Welders for an immediate opportunity with a respected industrial contractor in San Antonio, TX.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00/hour (DOE)
Position Overview
We are looking for skilled welders with proven experience welding Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe. Candidates should be proficient in producing high-quality welds that meet project specifications while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Weld Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe using SMAW (Stick) and/or GTAW (TIG)
Perform root, fill, and cap welds to code and project specifications
Read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and isometric drawings
Prepare pipe by cutting, beveling, and fitting prior to welding
Inspect weld quality and perform repairs when necessary
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
Maintain compliance with OSHA and jobsite safety standards
Work closely with pipefitters and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Requirements
3+ years of carbon steel pipe welding experience
Experience welding Schedule 40 carbon steel piping
Ability to pass a weld test if required
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
Reliable transportation
OSHA 10 preferred
