What you'll get to do:
Print and process daily loan disbursement checks.
Print and distribute credit card welcome packets and loan follow-up documents.
Process returned mail and maintain appropriate documentation tracking.
Participate in departmental phone queue coverage and maintain established service level expectations.
Review incoming loan documentation and correspondence from Farm Bureau agents, dealerships, customers, and internal departments.
Monitor and manage the shared communication channels, ensuring requests are completed timely and daily workloads are current.
Process loan and card-related servicing requests, including account maintenance and customer inquiries.
Perform account research and resolve operational issues.
Review and reconcile daily reports for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate loan and card records.
Assist with consumer loan funding and documentation processes.
Communicate professionally with customers, dealerships, external and internal business partners.
Support departmental projects, cross-training initiatives, and process improvements.
Flexible to work during Farm Bureau Bank's hours of operation. Regular in-office attendance required.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Education & experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 plus years of banking, lending, loan servicing, or operations experience preferred.
Experience reviewing loan documentation and funding consumer loans preferred.
Experience working in a regulated financial institution environment preferred.
Knowledge of consumer lending operations and loan servicing functions.
Understanding banking regulations, including BSA, CIP, Regulation Z, Regulation E, Regulation B, and TILA.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
