What youll do:
• Responsible for debit and commercial credit card account maintenance and inquiries from internal and external customers within service level agreement expectations. • Process quality control requests and provide feedback to management. • Work assigned indexing of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly standard reports for all card transactions. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date cardholder records in the banks systems.
What youll need:
• 2+ years of related experience in Loan Administration or similar field. • High school diploma required. • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. • Intermediate experience in operations, including data entry, work requests through a workflow tool. • Intermediate experience with either debit or credit cards. • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
