    Position Overview:

    \n

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Card Operations Specialist to support daily credit card servicing operations. In this role, you will process and verify transactions, validate account treatment, and maintain accurate records across our card processing and case management systems, while helping ensure that day-to-day activity meets company policy and regulatory requirements. You will also identify and escalate discrepancies, support internal and external audits, and contribute ideas as we refine workflows and roll out new tools. This role is a strong fit for someone who works accurately under deadlines in a process-driven environment and wants to deepen their expertise in card operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    \n

    Operational Support

    \n
    • \n
    • Process and verify transactions, maintain records, and ensure data integrity across all back office systems.
    • \n
    • Perform daily reconciliations, data entry, and document management tasks.
    • \n
    • Assist with the preparation and review of reports, statements, and other business documentation.
    • \n
    • Process and log incoming and outgoing mail.
    • \n
    \n

    Compliance & Quality Assurance

    \n
    • \n
    • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
    • \n
    • Identify discrepancies or errors and escalate issues to management as needed.
    • \n
    • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and information.
    • \n
    \n

    Process Improvement

    \n
    • \n
    • Participate in ongoing process reviews to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy.
    • \n
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for workflow enhancements.
    • \n
    • Assist with the implementation of new tools or procedures as directed by management.
    • \n
    \n

    Collaboration & Communication

    • \n
    • Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • \n
    • Communicate effectively regarding process updates, issues, or required follow-up.
    • \n
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • \n

    Qualifications:

    \n
    • \n
    • 2+ years of experience in back office card operations or a relevant credit card processing role.
    • \n
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • \n
    • Experience working in case management systems.
    • \n
    • Knowledge and experience working on card processing platforms (preferably Fiserv).
    • \n
    • Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines consistently.
    • \n
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • \n
    • Understanding compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry is a plus.
