Card Services Representative

Primarily to serve members’ needs by handling credit, debit, and/or ATM card fraudulent and disputed transactions. Process credit card applications. Review daily debit/credit card reports from the processor. Process disputes and fraud cases through debit/credit card processors, researching and resolving member inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of credit card processing experience. Knowledge of Credit/Debit card and ATM card procedures, and Regulation E requirements. Must be efficient, dependable, and present a professional appearance with a pleasant personality. Ability to work with people and show a helpful and eager disposition. High school graduate or GED. Must be productive and accurate, efficient, dependable, and present a professional appearance.

Location: Main office- 4200 Kolb Street, Houston, TX 77007

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Closed Sundays and most holidays

Position: Member Service Representative (Member Services/Teller) Job Description: Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or disbursing funds, handling negotiables, and managing a cash drawer with a high degree of accuracy. Provide general information regarding credit union products and services. Screen potential members for eligibility; open, modify, and close deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes, and debit and ATM cards. Process stop payments and assist members with disputes or cases involving fraud. Must present a friendly persona. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of financial institution and 2 years of cash handling experience. Must be efficient, dependable, and present a professional appearance with a pleasant personality and good customer service. Must be a high school graduate or GED.

Location: 4200 Kolb Street, Houston, TX 77007 Full Time Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday Friday - rotating closing 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday – rotating schedule at Main Office: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Closed Sundays and most holidays
