Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Card Services Representative II to join our Card Services team. In this role, you'll handle a variety of card-related tasks including fraud and dispute processing, ATM settlement, and card exception handling. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate transactions, supporting audits, and delivering exceptional service to our members and internal teams.
What you will need to be successful:
Card Services Expertise:
Experience with debit and credit card processing, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation.
Familiarity with ATM operations, card settlement, and clearing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), 10-key calculator, and card processing software (Corelation Keystone preferred).
Analytical & Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to research and resolve complex card transaction issues.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with internal teams, members, and vendors.
Commitment to providing unsurpassed service and maintaining confidentiality.
Experience & Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
One year of accounting coursework or equivalent work experience preferred.
Completion of Card Fundamentals and Card Operations education classes within six months of hire.
