Pay: $16/hr
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Onsite

Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused, adaptable, and empathetic Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner in resolving complex customer concerns while delivering exceptional service and support. You’ll help customers navigate issues with clarity, professionalism, and care—ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and respected.

This is a fast-paced role where priorities can shift daily, so flexibility, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone and through email
  • Manage a daily queue of escalated customer concerns with urgency, sound judgment, and attention to detail
  • Resolve customer issues related to retention and repeat caller concerns
  • Provide guidance, support, and tailored solutions based on customer needs
  • Follow up with customers through callbacks and email communication to ensure resolution
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to successfully de-escalate customer concerns and work issues through to resolution
  • Experience handling escalated customer grievances in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Ability to work with potentially vulnerable customers while maintaining a high standard of customer care
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
  • Positive attitude toward giving and receiving feedback with a strong desire for continuous improvement
  • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
