Coachella Valley Anesthesia is seeking a fellowship-trained, TEE-certified Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established and collaborative team at Desert Regional Medical Center. This unique position offers a balanced practice with dedicated cardiac anesthesia responsibilities complemented by general anesthesia coverage in a high-acuity environment, all while enjoying an exceptional lifestyle in Palm Springs.

Position Highlights

• 26 weeks of dedicated cardiac anesthesia coverage
• 18 weeks of general anesthesia coverage
• 24/7 cardiac call responsibility during assigned 26-week cardiac coverage blocks
• Collaborative MD/CRNA care team model
• Diverse and complex case mix in a high-acuity setting
• 8 weeks of scheduled time off annually

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting compensation of $800,000 per year
• Highly competitive 1099 compensation model

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology required
• TEE certified (or eligible)
• Eligible for or active California medical licensure
