In this role, you will provide expert anesthesia care for a robust mix of complex cardiothoracic and structural heart procedures, including CABG, valve repairs/replacements, TAVR, thoracotomies, VATS, robotic lung resections, and endovascular cases. You will also support busy cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs. The practice is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), ultrasound-guided regional blocks, fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and GlideScope, allowing you to deliver state-of-the-art perioperative care. Proficiency in performing and interpreting intraoperative echocardiograms is essential, with opportunities to further hone advanced TEE skills.
You will collaborate closely with an experienced team of cardiothoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and electrophysiologists in a collegial, team-oriented culture that prioritizes patient safety, clinical excellence, and professional growth.
