Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• High School completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Familiarity with Impella, high-risk PCI, and ECMO preferred.
Unit Details: - Adult patients 18+. - Cardiac and peripheral procedures, including carotid and hybrid cath lab/OR cases; no neuro or EP cases. - Scrubbing and fluoroscopy during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures. - Functions in scrub, monitor, and float roles and may assist with moderate sedation, contrast administration, and IV starts. - Uses Philips Xper FD10 and FD20.
Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri schedule; days may vary depending on department needs. - On-call 1-2 days per week and 1-2 weekends per month, depending on department needs. Weekend call is Friday 1700 - Monday 0700.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
