Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Community hospital experience is required. Coil embolization/ablations. Peripherals/venous access/hemodynamic monitoring.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Stroke/IR experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details: STEMI and stroke receiving center. Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Supports cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology. Procedures include TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, MitraClip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, diagnostic and interventional neuro, and IR.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday with call requirements. Saturday/Sunday call requirements. On-call requirements: Weekdays: 1730-0700. Weekends/Holidays: 0700-0700. 10-14 call shifts within 42 day schedule.

Floating Requirements: Float between specialties in the lab.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
