Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Skills/Experience: Strong scrub experience with cardiac and EP cases, ability to pan, and experience with monitoring cases.

Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. Call is based on department needs and currently includes 2-3 weekdays, every 2nd or 3rd weekend, and rotating holiday call with regular staff.

Floating Requirements: Float onsite within the skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
