Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 22 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Credentials: If you have RCIS, state license is not required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Works in interventional radiology (IR). Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Call required: see text box. The call schedule includes two weekday calls and every other weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun). Weekends may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs. Must be open to working 3/5 major holidays. Holiday work is required if the assignment and shift fall on a holiday.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
