Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
Requirements:
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Trinity (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:
Preferred Credentials: RT(R) preferred.
Special Requests: Must be 50-mile radius from facility; no local travelers. Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis.
Unit Details: Scrub, monitor, and circulate cardiac and vascular procedures.
Shift & Scheduling: 7A-5P or 8A-6P. On-call required: one night per week and one weekend per month.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
