Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment. Interventional cath, cardiac stent placement, scrub, right and left heart catheterization, Rotablator, thrombectomy, stents, PCI, PTCA, and balloon angioplasty.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Acute monitoring, room circulator, ACIST, Watchman procedures, Impella insertion, and TAVI/TAVR preferred.
Required Credentials: Must have compact license or MD license.
Special Requests: Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be comfortable proceeding without an interview. If clinician has questions, please email the AM. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Cardiac Cath Lab with right and left heart caths, stents, angioplasty, FFR, Rotablator, PFO closures, TAVR, and structural heart procedures.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: 1 to 2 call shifts during the weeknight, Monday-Friday and 3-24 hours weekend call shift per month.
7 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• CV (Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (ARRT))
