Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare.

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Credentials: For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position. Associate’s Degree or Certificate
Unit/Facility Details: Primary Cases/Procedure Types: Cath, EP, IR, Vascular
Special Requests: Holidays: As needed - due to call
Shift & Scheduling: 8hr or 10hr Days (Variable start time), 8hr preferred 0630 and 0730 Start Times Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time Weekends: As needed - due to call
Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - Float to ThedaCare Neenah Specials Department
9 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
