Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR required.
Preferred Credentials: Critical Care Course preferred.
Unit Details: Functions independently in the role of scrub nurse and circulator. Performs intra-aortic balloon pumps, chest tubes, and impellas; assesses patients through hemodynamic monitoring; performs transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR); inserts and monitors transvenous pacing/temporary pacing; and administers conscious sedation. Adult and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Participates in the on-call system for emergency and urgent procedures on weekends, nights, and holidays. Must be able to respond to STEMI call backs in less than 30 minutes.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
