Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Structural heart experience. Strong and experienced circulator. Precept as needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience: EP experience. Preference is a scrubber.
Shift & Scheduling: - Monday-Friday with a random day off during the week (cannot promise blocked scheduling) – 40 hrs/week; holiday rotation – 1 night/week & Every 3rd weekend: 7:30p Friday through 7a Monday. - Weekend Requirements: call schedule / Assigned cases on rare occasion. - On Call Requirements: 1 nights/week & Every 3rd weekend: 7:30p Friday through 7a Monday. - Holiday Update: Unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Floating Requirements: Will be required to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units. Must be willing to float across campuses if needed (minutes within one another).
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
