Cardiac Electrophysiology APP – Remote Monitoring :: Full-Time | Direct Hire :: Shelton, Connecticut

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to support our Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) team in Shelton, CT. This role is focused on remote cardiac device monitoring for patients with implantable devices, including pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders, and CRT devices.

This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive cardiology team, playing a key role in advancing patient outcomes through technology-driven, proactive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret remote data from CIEDs (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders, CRTs).
• Triage and respond to alerts, including urgent findings.
• Collaborate with EP physicians and cardiac device teams to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.
• Communicate findings to patients and referring providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in the optimization and compliance of remote monitoring workflows and standards.
• Stay current with device platform technologies (e.g., Abbott, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Biotronik).

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Connecticut (or eligibility).
• 1+ year of cardiology or electrophysiology experience preferred.
• Prior exposure to CIED remote monitoring platforms highly desirable.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• EMR proficiency and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday – Friday, regular daytime hours.
• No weekends, nights, or call.
