    JOB SUMMARY

    The Clinical Coordinator role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall operations of the cardiac rehab under the supervision of the Executive Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Responsibilities include managing clinical staff, ensuring regulation compliance, overseeing patient care, adhering to and managing department budgets and developing unit policy and procedures. To assist in coordination between administration and patient care activities consistent with Bradley Medical Centers mission and pride values.


    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    Education: Degree from an accredited school of nursing OR or bachelor's degree in a health related field. MSN/BSN preparation preferred OR master's degree in health related field is preferred. AD with demonstrated competency and a minimum of three years of nursing or other clinical experience required.


    Licensure: Current Tennessee or Compact State Registered Nurse License required if nurse. No state license required in TN if exercise physiologist. BLS required. ACLS required within six months of hire.


    Experience: Must have two years training and experience in clinical nursing or exercise physiology. One year in management/supervision is preferred.
