As an echocardiography Accredited Facility, the lab utilizes state-of-the-art equipment for services including echocardiograms, electrocardiograms (KG), various stress tests, and vascular testing. The lab also offers Holter and Cardiac event monitors and runs a device clinic for in-person and remote checks on pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders. These services are available at two locations: Cambridge Hospital and Everett Hospital. Cp Cp Cb Summary Cb Cp Cp Performs a broad spectrum of non-invasive cardiovascular test to provide medical specialists with data for diagnostic purposes. Cspan Performs a wide range of cardiovascular non-invasive tests according to an established protocol in a manner that effectively promotes and supports the efficient operation of the department, including Cardiovascular 2D/3D imaging, color flow, spectral display, continuous and pulsed wave Doppler, exercise/pharmacologic stress, harmonics, and contrast imaging, Holter scanning. Recognizes adequate vs inadequate data collection and prepares preliminary report in a form presentable for physician interpretation. Recognizes abnormalities and life threatening findings and reports to physician or nursing unit as indicated. Documents notification as part of Quality Improvement activities.
