Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Centra Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.

Preferred Skills/Experience: EKG experience preferred.

Special Requests: All RTO must be in packet at time of submission.

Unit Details: Uses GE equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri schedule. Weekend rotation is roughly every 5th weekend with weekend call. Weeknight call as needed. PRN adult echo call with the weekend. Rotating holidays.

Floating Requirements: Traveler will rotate/float between Bedford Memorial Hospital, Stroobants Cardiology Center-Lynchburg, and Lynchburg General Hospital. Travel distance between Lynchburg General Hospital and Stroobants cardiology office is ~1 mile.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certifications RCS, ACS
