Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Sonography experience.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Sunburst Workforce Advisors Program - Cape Cod Healthcare and no current placement allowed at Program: Sunburst Workforce Advisors Program - Cape Cod Healthcare.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned a Basic Arrhythmia exam and a Pharmacology exam. If you fail the exams twice, this will result in immediate cancellation by the facility.

Required Skills/Experience: - 1-2 years previous experience in echocardiography required.

Unit Details: - Provides echocardiography ultrasound imaging of the heart and related structures for adult and geriatric patients. - Performs 2-D, M-Mode, Pulse/Continuous Wave Color Doppler studies. - Writes preliminary interpretations and performs emergency studies as required. - Assists with special ultrasound procedures and transesophageal echos in the outpatient cardiac area.

Shift & Scheduling: - Day/evening schedule, Tuesday through Saturday, primarily at the Wilkens location.

Floating Requirements: - Possible rotations at the hospital or other outpatient location (25 Main).

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or the alternative certification RCS

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
