Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Location: North Houston, TX/Greenspoint
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.25 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

A growing delivery and logistics company in the Greenspoint area is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join the team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is looking to build a long-term career and grow with a company that is positioned for tremendous expansion.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, energetic, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Follow customer-specific procedures and work instructions
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Lift up to 50 lb, as needed
• Occasionally remain past 5:00 PM when business needs require additional support

Qualifications

• At least three years of warehouse experience
• Practical experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required
• Candidates with proven experience can be certified by the company
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to learn multiple customer-specific processes
• Flexibility to work slightly beyond the scheduled shift on occasion
• Desire to grow with the company and build a long-term career
