The state is home to destinations such as White Sands National Park, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Petroglyph National Monument, and El Malpais National Monument. Clinicians on assignment may also explore historic sites, take a hot air balloon ride, ride the Sandia Peak Tramway, or engage in outdoor activities such as rafting, hiking, and visiting natural hot springs across the state. About the Clinician‘s Workday
Clinicians will provide outpatient cardiovascular disease management during day shift hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights or weekend call required. The assignment is primarily outpatient with some inpatient coverage at a 90/10 split, managing 6-12 patients per day. Required procedures include CCTA, ECHO, TEE, Nuclear, Stress testing, and EKGs; proficiency with FFR, Calcium Scores, and Plaque Analysis is preferred. A telehealth option is available, and the facility is open to remote reads; board certification or board eligibility in CCT or Level 3 Nuclear is preferred in addition to board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases.
