Responsibilities: - Full-time position with a mix of hospital and clinic-based care
- Conducting comprehensive cardiovascular assessments
- Managing acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging
- Assisting with cardiology procedures
- Educating patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
Organization:- Provide services in Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Virginia Beach
- More than 30 providers including:
- Primary Care
- Specialty
- APPs
- 75+ outpatient care clinics
- 7 Urgent Cares
- Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Sleep Lab Center
- Strong commitment to value-based care with successful Accountable Care Organization (ACO) serving 50,000+ patients
