Wilson Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team. The provider will work collaboratively with physicians and staff to provide high-quality patient-centered cardiac care. This position offers the opportunity to support the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. • Manage and follow adult cardiac patients in the clinic setting. • Order and interpret ECGs and ambulatory monitors in collaboration with the supervising physicians. • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with practice guidelines, state, and federal regulations. • Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac conditions, procedures, and ongoing care. • Collaborate with the cardiology team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. • Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and departmental initiatives in accordance with Wilson Healths mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner NP in the State of Ohio or eligibility. • National certification as an NP. • Prior cardiology experience as an RN or APP. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. • Commitment to providing compassionate patient-focused care.
