Key Responsibilities:
50% Clinical | 50% Administrative & Teaching Maintain an active patient care role while leading all aspects of residency program development.
Residency Program Leadership Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment.
Teaching & Faculty Development Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents.
Resident Recruitment & Evaluation Develop and implement recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and provide feedback.
Program Administration Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program oversight.
