Shift & Call Details:   coverage 1–2 weeks per month. Schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts with night call responsibilities
Credentialing Timeframe:  yes to temp privs if no MP  Temps will take 30-45 days
Job Details:
  • Setting:  Inpatient
  • Seeking 1–2 providers
    Providers will work alongside a team of five APPs. Night call responsibilities primarily involve handling calls from fellows and, occasionally, the transfer center regarding physician-to-physician patient transfers. Providers must be comfortable accepting admissions remotely through the transfer center. Patient population includes pre-transplant, LVAD, post-transplant, and other high-acuity cases. 
  • Patient Volume:  20 Patients per shift, 30 beds in department
  • Required Procedures: pre-transplant, LVAD, post-transplant, and other high-acuity cases
  • APP Support/Supervision: yes
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Client Requirements: must be boarded, licensed or IMLC, 
  • Travel Accommodations: Please use preferred hotel list.
