Description Specialization: Cardiology Interventional Job Summary: Midwest Heart and Vascular is seeking an advanced practice provider to work at Lee's Summit Medical Center Qualified Candidates: Ideal candidate will have cardiology experience Support physicians in the inpatient care units Will independently conduct post-hospital visits, specific to heart failure, and post clinic visits.
