A hospital in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Cardiothoracic Stepdown RN.

The role. This position focuses on post-operative and stepdown care for cardiothoracic patients, monitoring hemodynamic status and supporting recovery in a structured intermediate care environment. The role may require staying slightly past scheduled shift end when late cases are running, and flexibility to float within the system — with the closest clinic serving as the primary home base.

What we're looking for.

• Minimum 1 year of cardiothoracic stepdown experience, with experience occurring within the last 2 years

Compensation. $32.00 - $50.00/hr. Relocation assistance: $7k + 1800/mo housing for 3 months.
