RWJBarnabas Healths Northern Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery is looking for a talented Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the growing team.

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest health care provider in NJ, is seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the program. This surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care across the full spectrum of adult cardiothoracic surgery.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery with a minimum of five years of clinical experience and a proven track record in quality improvement or program leadership. Clinically, this surgeon will provide comprehensive care across the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgeryincluding preoperative evaluation, operative management, and postoperative critical carewhile utilizing advanced techniques such as minimally invasive, endovascular, and mechanical circulatory support.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $658,658 - $1,112,208. This role is also eligible for additional compensation through performance and productivity-based incentives.  The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidates educational background, skills, and professional experience.
