Cardiothoracic Surgery Medical Director Southeast Coastal Opportunity Position Highlights
Lead an established, high-performing Cardiothoracic Surgery program as Medical Director
Blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership responsibilities
Perform the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, including CABG, valve, and thoracic procedures
Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary Heart & Vascular team including Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Advanced Practice Providers
Drive quality initiatives, physician engagement, strategic growth, and program development
Access to state-of-the-art hybrid ORs, cardiovascular imaging, and advanced surgical technology
Strong referral network with immediate surgical volume and dedicated CVOR support
Qualified Candidates
Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
Demonstrated leadership experience in a cardiovascular program preferred
Expertise in adult cardiac surgery, including CABG and valve procedures
Commitment to quality outcomes, physician leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration
Excellent communication and program development skills
