Cardiothoracic Surgery Medical Director Southeast Coastal Opportunity
Position Highlights- Lead an established, high-performing Cardiothoracic Surgery program as Medical Director
- Blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership responsibilities
- Perform the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, including CABG, valve, and thoracic procedures
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary Heart & Vascular team including Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Advanced Practice Providers
- Drive quality initiatives, physician engagement, strategic growth, and program development
- Access to state-of-the-art hybrid ORs, cardiovascular imaging, and advanced surgical technology
- Strong referral network with immediate surgical volume and dedicated CVOR support
Qualified Candidates- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a cardiovascular program preferred
- Expertise in adult cardiac surgery, including CABG and valve procedures
- Commitment to quality outcomes, physician leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication and program development skills
