Why Tucson

Tucson is a sun-soaked Southwest gem where outdoor adventure, culture, and community meet a surprisingly affordable cost of living. Hikers, cyclists, and golfers enjoy year-round access to stunning desert landscapes, while the city's thriving arts scene, award-winning restaurants, and rich multicultural heritage keep life outside the OR just as rewarding. Families benefit from strong schools and a tight-knit healthcare community, and the mild climate makes it easy to fall in love with everyday life here. Whether you're planting roots or looking for a fresh start, Tucson consistently wins over the physicians who choose it.

Organization Description
