Magnolia Regional Health Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgeon to join our active medical staff. Practice Overview:
- Perform the full spectrum of cardiothoracic and vascular surgical procedures
- Provide inpatient care, emergency coverage, and consultation services across the medical center
- Strong partnership with cardiology and other key specialty services
- Established referral base with deep community trust and loyalty
Schedule:
- Balanced practice model: approximately 50% clinic and 50% operative time
- Call shared equally with partner (week-on, week-off model)
- Minimal after-hours interruptions with strong support team

Candidate Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- 5+ years of experience strongly preferred; 1-2 years post-training considered for exceptional candidates
- Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
- Commitment to high-quality surgical care and patient outcomes
- J1/H1b visas sponsored
