Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgeon - Magnolia Regional Health Center - Corinth, Mississippi

Magnolia Regional Health Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgeon to join our active medical staff. Practice Overview:

• Perform the full spectrum of cardiothoracic and vascular surgical procedures
• Provide inpatient care, emergency coverage, and consultation services across the medical center
• Strong partnership with cardiology and other key specialty services
• Established referral base with deep community trust and loyalty

Schedule:

• Balanced practice model: approximately 50% clinic and 50% operative time
• Call shared equally with partner (week-on, week-off model)
• Minimal after-hours interruptions with strong support team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive MGMA salary (5oth - 75th percentile)

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• 5+ years of experience strongly preferred; 1-2 years post-training considered for exceptional candidates
• Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
• Commitment to high-quality surgical care and patient outcomes
• J1/H1b visas sponsored
