Cardiovascular Assistant | Catheterization Lab

Join our dynamic team in the Catheterization Lab as a Cardiovascular Assistant! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting CPRU/Cath Lab/EP Lab teams in the care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and unit standards to provide quality patient care.

The Heart and Vascular Center at CentraCare is among the largest in Minnesota, offering advanced cardiac care, and cardiovascular assistants play a vital role in maintaining this high standard of service.

Schedule

• Part time | 24-32 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital
• Evenings | 3-11pm, Monday-Friday
• Every 3rd weekend on call 7am-11pm, every 3rd holiday on call 7am-11pm
• Temporary through January 2028

Pay Information

• $17.23 per hour

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Open to 1st year SCTCC Cardiovascular Technology students
• In lieu of experience, will be provided with adequate training to achieve desired competency.
• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant or EMT training course or equivalent experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Nursing Assistant duties and responsibilities with medical terminology course preferred.
• Past experience in a variety of nursing areas preferred
