A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations, support nursing teams, and promote excellence in patient care. Oversee daily operations and workflow within the assigned clinical department
Develop and manage staffing plans to support safe and efficient patient care
Promote quality, safety, and evidence-based nursing practices
Support and mentor nursing staff through coaching, education, and professional development initiatives
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care services
Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
Ensure appropriate utilization of resources, equipment, and staffing support
Assist with patient flow, care transitions, admissions, transfers, and discharge processes
Participate in budget management and operational planning activities
Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered care environment
Support organizational goals related to quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced clinical certifications preferred based on specialty area
Previous nursing leadership or management experience required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills
Experience in acute care or critical care environments preferred
